Re: Some Carmelo Memories (semi-long w/ cliffs notes)
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Apparently after some big game Dikembe Mutombo walked into this bar my buddy was at, put his hands up and yelled "WHO WANTS TO SEX MUTOMBO" [/ QUOTE ] Wow, I've heard this as well. Only it was "Who wants to sex Dikembe." Either way, this makes me believe it 100%, so awesome. [/ QUOTE ] Haha, I was going to say the same thing (and I heard it as "Dikembe"). With 3 seemingly independent sources I now believe this as well. [/ QUOTE ] This is really strange. My brother told me he was at a bar when this happened. |

Re: Some Carmelo Memories (semi-long w/ cliffs notes)
[ QUOTE ]
All, I've known some pro basketball and football prospects from Texas and Texas A&M. These were not the stars, these were guys who had an outside shot at the NFL/NBA. Based on the level and amount of chicks they got, I would believe just about anything written about a guy like Carmelo in college. Oh, Rice baseball players did pretty insanely well as well, a number of them being top MLB prospects. [/ QUOTE ] At Miami, the baseball players got more tail than the football, track, and basketball teams combined, altho some were clearly headed for MLB stardom [but so were many football players.] |

Re: Some Carmelo Memories (semi-long w/ cliffs notes)
I goto Ohio University and my roommates girlfriend's roommates are dating or have dated a few of the football players and basketball players. (I know this makes me an expert on the subject, but it means that I have partied with that at house parties and up at the bars). Even for a MAC school that until recently has had a terrible football team and an average basketball team, There are plenty of athlete groupies. I believe a lot of what I read about athletes of much higher-caliber after what I've seen at OU.
