If Button makes a larger turn bet (0.5-0.75 PSB), should Hero still call?

It's really read dependent. There are an aweful lot of different way this could be played out depending on your read.

For example, if your pretty certain villain would only play like this with a 9, then it's an easy fold - you're drawing dead at that point.

If you think villain might bluff or semi-bluff here, then maybe consider calling and hope he'll bluff again on a blank river.

If you think villain's playing this way with a weak Q, then maybe consider raising (assuming villain's capapble of folding that Q).

It all comes down to how villain plays, and how good a job you're doing at observing him and taking notes.
