It's all about points 'accumulated'.

you can spend them now if you want and you will still be 6500 points away from silver.


I had almost zero points in my account when I reached gold status. I had earned a ton...but had spent them all on various tourneys.

So, lets say I earn 24k points during this run of 8 weeks, I don't get to keep the 24k points, but I am credited with having received them .. essentially putting me at the Silver, and on my way to gold?

I'm really getting about 8.2 cents per hand (any hand), but you were sort of close (5.6 cents).

Also, in reality, I'm getting 12.5 cents per hand if I make my goal every week (which may or may not happen due to the cruise).
