95/100 flex is way too stiff unless you're a 200lb. defenseman.

Maybe I'm biased because I'm a 200 lb defenseman. Okay... 206.

I'm not in a league right now because work has been [censored] me over, but I'm planning on getting back onto a team at the Edge in Littleton for the next season. In the meantime, I'm playing some pick-up here and there.

Err... sorry - that's ice hockey I'm talking about now. I don't play roller hockey when there's ice. The last time I played roller hockey in a league was when I lived in San Diego 2 years ago.

I figured you played ice. I play in a league over at Big Bear and do drop in a couple of times a week up at Boulder Valley, so I figured I'd see if we've ever bumped into eachother.

I don't get down to Vanillaton much, though.

100 is definitely not "stiff" for ice. I agree it's probably too stiff for roller, so I take that back, was just lumping them together, but you def. don't need to be a 200 lb D to use a 100 flex.

Thanks for all the insight guys. I'm actually kind of surprised that I got this much of a response here.

I'm going to go to Dicks Sportinggoods tonight and see what they have, take a look at that easton stick with the 80 flex, see if it's long enough. But since I kinda know what to look for, I should be able to find something there that will suit me.

I played AAA for the Vaughn Kings in Toronto, AA for the Weston Hawks. I was invited to play junior, but I declined. Hockey is fun.

Shyyyyyyyyyyt, don't make me break out my Bauer 3's & my Street Revolution stick. We were all poor and used to go to rich neighborhoods all the time and just slaughter teams. We laughed at people who spent so much money on equipment and still sucked.
