Default 3rd hr of $10R | Before you say \"Shove the Turn\"..

Situation : 3rd hr of $10R. Just moved to this table, so no reads yet

My rationale: I couldve shoved the turn, but thought that since I have the backdoor NFD, if a high spade rivers(Js+), then it may make a pair/2pair/set for the Villain encouraging him to push. But he wants my chips in right now. Now what? InstaCall here? Fold coz hez representing a str8.
Comments on earlier streets welcome too..

I don't make such a weak bet on the flop, I bet at least 3000 here.

On the turn I would much rather be pushing with this hand than calling a push, especially on the turn.

The idea is to create fold equity with a lot of outs, not trap people with middle pair. villain folds a lot of hands on the turn because your flop bet looked so weak, he might have peeled with like KQ, 89, 99, etc. you are now in a tough spot because you made a weak flop bet and didn't follow up on the turn when you should have with your hand. villain is right to assume you might have a weak hand.

summary: i'm pushing turn and making a flop bet that has a good chance to take the pot. (and also, set's up more of a potsize push on the turn if i read the stack sizes right)

Bet more on the flop, then shove the turn. Which such a weak flop bet, he could be calling a whole lot of hands.

As played, you have to fold unless you have a read he is aggressive.

Also, the pf raise is loose.
