It usually takes a few hours before the bonus gets credited to your account. You can usually email them to speed up the process though.

Actually after you know you have cleared the bonus you can just open the my account - my account web page from the software and you can see the updated balance. After that if you refresh your balance in the software it shows the right number.

Also the raked hands calculator(bonus details) in the software doesn't update until you close the table you were playing at but if you go to your bonus details on the website it always shows the updated number.

So yes, it is and has always been instant

Actually it doesn't work that way for me. It takes a few hours for it to be credited. Opening my account page or closing and restarting the client after the bonus has been cleared doesn't credit the bonus to my account.

PL200 didn't work for me but the other 4 did.

BTW, has anyone tried emailing party to unrestrict you to play more than 6 tables? It's worth a try if enough of us do it.
Playing only 6 tables is excruisiating (sp ?) slow.
