Need a read, but more often than not when I've seen an overbet they don't want to get called. I have no idea how this works at 2NL though.

I play in these games and if I were villian I would overbet the pot with a set trying to build a big pot that Im probably going to win. Some people can't lay down an overpair and it works out pretty good.

It sucks when they have AK that misses the flop but thats poker.

Id probably fold my K's if I were hero but Ive been shown top pair garbage kicker so we need a solid read to make that play too.

As I mentioned, I only play 2nl up to 10nl so I could be giving bad advice. If I am, I will learn when uNL corrects me. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

This is the kind of hand where you need to know how the player plays his hands. At 2NL with no read i would move in on him.

More often than not he will have a hand you dominate. At these limits most players check their sets.

0.12 preflop, I shove here because it's 2NL.

You would think UTG would raise with a hand like AQ, maybe he has a weaker Q. I am not really ready to give him credit for a set. I say shove.
