Looks good. Would UTG limp with 99 or TT or cap the flop with a flush draw? After the turn raise, obviously pump it.

I fold preflop... but call with 77... so shrug whatever
At some point you really need to slow down though. Villian says he has TT/99/T9 and I don't have a reason not to believe him. When you should put the breaks on really depends on what your read is of villian. It's always possible you are up against 78 but villian would have to be the mad one to 3bet that river. |

Oh yeah, 9T in the limping range is definitely a big possibility. I'm changing to calling down the turn raise.

I raise pre-flop. The only hands I would now worry about is 99 or TT, since you didn't raise the only hand I am now worried about is 9T. I'm really leaning towards raising but might check it down (depending on past history) quietly confident we had the winning hand.

[/ QUOTE ] Small pp in early position are not the best hands to be raising at 1/2. You are more likely to end up at a table with at least some players who know pre-flop hand selection and some players who are able to play post-flop. Hopefully not a full table of them, but more than at .05/.10 tables. As a default position raising these pre-flop out of position is a leak. |

What do you beat?
e - Talking about the river. On the turn you can still beat a straight and you have BB providing dead money. I don't really mind going crazy there but you have to just call on the end. I doubt you are even good that often but folding is insane. |

Both river raises are bad and I'm iffy about the turn 3bet.

folding preflop is horrible, what better spot is there for a small pocket pair except after limpers? i don't mind a raise preflop actually to isolate the limper; we probably have him beat atm.
