Default Optimal way to play non obvious straight?

This is just general question from a noob.
Say you're in the big blind with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
there are 4 limpers, you check and the flop comes
J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
The pot is $11, effective stack size is $200 and this is a 200NL game.
What is the standard line?

I would rather b/c or b/3c than c/c or c/r.

HOLY MACKERAL- WE HAVE A STRAIGHT!

Lead, possibly 3b a raise, depends on # of callers and stuff.

How big would your lead bet be?
1/2 pot, 2/3 pot, pot?
