Default Stars 5.50 -- Small Pair @ 4handed equivalent stacks

SB and BB are pretty straight forward. They don't cold call preflop raises. Appear to bet made hands and fold losers. Earlier they trapped occasionally, but 2 of the players that busted out were hyper aggressive, so trapping was a logical play.

I really need help on every street here.

Make it 375.

I'd rather fold than limp.

I'd raise to 400. Limping is pretty bad because you aren't deep enough to play for set value and you're not going to like many flops.

Don't limp small pairs after BB=50

Why not? How deep should you be to play for set value?

Technically, you probably are deep enough to limp for set value--you've got over 20/1 stack odds. But the blinds are big enough that you'd like to pick them up, plus your opponents will be less likely to stack off to your set on the bubble.

Thanks, that makes sense.

Could you make an argument for folding here? Or are you just pointing out that limping is a bad play.

I like a raise to ~400. Folding here would be pretty weak especially with your read. If you get one caller and it's checked to you I would cbet nearly 100% of the time against this type of player. Though the BB's stack does make it a little awkard on the flop.
