Rock - Spectrum, Classic Rewind and Vinyl, Jamnation
Sports - NFL Radio

I really only listen to these four.

I find Playboy Channel to be lame, FWIW.

Music: usually flip through Octane, Alt nation, and faction before the classic rock channels.

Talk/Ent: Maxim > Stern IMO. I don't listen to either that much but I never was a huge Stern fan to begin with.

60+% of the time it's Stern on 100, ocassionally Ferrell and Bubba on 101. When Howards on vacation I like the Maxim radio channel, both for their talk and music selection.

music: Chill channel until it starts to repeat (about 6 hours into it). Also, for those who like Chill, you might like Planet Jazz. I'm no Jazz purist, but it has really interesting modern chill kind of stuff on it. Boombox is good until they start playing mashups of two song that have no business being together, usually AC/DC and some rapper or Michael Jackson and Nickelback or something ridiculous. I really like techno/house music but I find there Area33 channell a little too dance/gay/cheesy oriented.

I dig Octane, Classic Vinyl is good, Backspin the classic rap channell is good. The women I work with like Sirius Hits, it's like any other FM Mix radio station, except without commercials.

I like the 80's songs occasionally. My mom really likes Movin EZ, Starlite for the Christmas Music, and the 60's channel. So sometime when I fall asleep listening to stern I wake up listening to some Caryl Simon crap.

I never listen to their Sports because if there's a game I'm interested in I'm usually home and can watch it on tv.
