Default Looking for update Hachem, The WPT and the Lawsuit

Earlier this year Joe Hachem, Greg Raymer, Phil Gordon, Andy Beal, Annie Duke, Chris Ferguson and Howard Ledderer sued the WPT over antitrust issues in the WPT release.

This week Joe Hachem signed the release and won the DBNAC. When interviewed by the Circuit and CP magazine Joe said "No Comment" I Know Greg Raymer is a 2+2'er I was hoping he'd see this and at least answer,

Is Joe still part of the lawsuit?
If so does his signing and winning help or hurt your case?
How are things going with the suit ?

Raymer has addressed this issue before in this forum. Not asking for anything the other side could use or doesn't know already.

Nothing ventured nothing gained...
