A good hand converter, and hand analyzer thing? I see all of these very nicely posted hands, and graphs that have histories of how much value you get per hand type etc?

There's a good hand convertor at Flopturnriver.com or you can just check the links in the one of the hand histories in someone else's post. There's a bunch of different hand converters out there.

As for hand analyzing/graphs. I think PokerTracker is probably what you're refering to.

For hot and cold percentages, I use twodimes, but I think that there are several others out there that are useful.
