Some are when the car is stopped, but others you can tell she is in motion. Not to mention no less than 20 eyewitnesses. I love the fact that there was someone else in the passenger seat and she didn't give them the baby to hold.

I think it was the wrecklessly driving 2x over the speed limit while entering a tunnel that probably to blame.

But that doesn't mean we still can't make distinctions, just in the way you're saying they're being lost.

I don't think kids should have to wear bike helmets, but driving one handed with an infant in your lap is just not something reasonable people EVER did. There may be some overprotective laws on the books, but that doesn't mean that people don't do some damn stupid shyte.
