Thanks, I am talking about alot more than $100. I would like to keep my screen name but not enough to stay with this affiliate. do you know if it is possible for my affiliate to willingly transfer my account to another affiliate to avoid any negative press? My other option is to open a new account and post his name on this forum.

Empire deposited $100 in my account with no explanation. They just said "we deposited $100 into your account have a good time at the tables". I never make deposits or use bonus codes etc. This is not the first time this has happened, they did it after the split once or twice also. Would this $100 effect my affiliates records? if so by how much?

Yes, he loses $100 from his MGR. If he gets (e.g.) 35% then the bonus costs him $35 and most of that loss is passed through to you.

They won't tell him you got a bonus. All he knows is one monthly number that is your house fees less bonuses.

he can't transfer u to another affiliate

however, if u truly believe he is skimming, then ask him to provide screenshots of your stats to prove he isn't

he'd have to be an idiot to be skimming and risk losing ur business

he sent me a (read only) xls spreadsheet which shows my stats with my tracker code. I dont know what to make of this, I figured it can be easily altered. Does empire send out stats in xls read only format?

I agree with you, but there are a lot of dumb people out there. By the way he does not dispute my numbers at all, he just blames it on Empire/tradal. I could see him thinking he could get away with it in my case. I caught him reverting back to my original rake back percentage after negotiating a higher percentage several months before. He said he forgot to change my percentage and I gave him the benefit of the doubt that time.

i'm not sure how empire displays the stats; just party; but he prolly gets the stats from a website and then copies the numbers into excel; i'd have him do a printscreen of the website (if someone can confirm empire does web stats)

I can confirm that Empire does web stats via Tradal.net. However, his affiliate could be signed-up under another affiliate and just receieve a spreadsheet from them instead of having access to the Tradal.net stats
