Default Way to change to new color of desktop theme for XP?

If you go under Display Properties/Appearance, there is an option for Windows XP Style, and you can choose blue, silver, or olive.

Is there any way to get a slick black theme, like the new Windows Media Player 11 glossy black?

I found a theme here but I can't seem to load it.

I have put it in my Resources folder, but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

From the site you linked:

PLEASE NOTE: Style XP software is required to apply this file.
