Should I bet the turn, river?
Villian is 31/21/2.2...I was tilting a bit and made a bad p/f raise...I was curious how y'all handled a non-ace in this situation...

Re: Should I bet the turn, river?
doubt you win by checking. I'd bet the river as well.

Re: Should I bet the turn, river?
I think, you should take the free card on the turn. Once he check/calls the flop, I think he has something he wants to showdown or something he is waiting to pop on the turn (I doubt this opponent will just check/call a flushdraw on this board).
Since I don't think he has a flushdraw, I'm not betting the river either. BTW, I don't think the preflopraise is necesserally "bad". QJ is borderline UTG, and I could go either way depending on the situation. EDIT: Also getting checkraised on the turn would put you in a tough spot, since you picked up a gutshot, and the pot is still not very big. |

Re: Should I bet the turn, river?
So I should be consistent...if I bet the turn I should bet the river... and if I check the turn be prepared to dump the hand ui.
