Default UB NL50 QQ - too agressive, too tight, or standard?

The deck is hitting me in the head. In less than one hour, I've gotten 4 sets and a couple other really good hands. I haven't shown down too much, so I probably look hyper-agressive.

Unfortunately, at the time I don't have a good read on this guy. Later, I took the bad end of a similar hand when he raised to 9x the blind utg with KK.

I don't know how often to do stuff like this cuz I'm basically completely new to NL. Help me out.

Ultimate Bet
No Limit Hold'em Ring Game
Blinds $0.25/$0.50
8 players

Important Stacks:
Hero (MP3): $149.50
Button: $48.20
BB: $40.05

Pre-Flop: (8 players) Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
3 folds, Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, BB re-raises to $8.25, Hero re-raises to $14.50, Button folds, BB raises all-in $40.05, Hero folds??

Result:
BB wins $31.25

I don't like the mini4bet. I think you should either call or push when BB reraises, I dunno though. What do other people think?

With position, I'd call the 3-bet and probably a CB on a non- A/K flop. I think this is a better way to find out if you are beat than mini-4-betting.

actually, sorry i asked my friend and a push would be mad since only AA and KK and occasionally AK calls so you're basically behind a lot and flipping if you're lucky.

Pushing is OK if you are sure he has been getting fed-up of your aggression and is playing back at you. I'm not sure how much this applies at full-ring at this level though.

definitley don't 4bet here. Call the 3 bet and re eval on flop. I think this is a pretty standard fold... he 5bet you?
