Any software is vulnerable, that why you go to trusted, reputable sites like pokerstars to play cards to ensure securtiy(from spyware, etc). As for collusion it can occur live or online, part of poker. Life is full of cheaters and theives deal with it and move on. For some one as experienced as you claim to be I fail to understand how you do not see this.
