Default Preflop KK decision

Villain who pushed is TyRomper, other villain who called is unknown to me (he called instantly). Is this too read dependant for you guys to comment on? I'm curious what everyones default play is here.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $6 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($1122.80)
UTG ($606)
Button ($560.65)
SB ($566.55)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $18</font>, Button calls $18, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $66</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $606</font>, Button calls $542.65 (All-In), Hero
