Default Limit Holdem Expected Hourly Income

Does anyone know how to find the expected hourly rates (dollars per hour) for an average-to-good player playing 9-handed in a 4/8 limit game? 5/10 limit? 10/20 limit?

More info needed.

Average-to-good for what games? Live or online? Where exactly? What's this average-to-good player's history?

If this is for your play, I'm expecting <0BB.

1-2BB/hour is pretty standard for an ok winning player live.

~2BB/100 is pretty standard for a good winning player online (past micro's).

All depends on table conditions.

In Wisconsin where 70% flops are not uncommon BUT you play 30 hands per hour 2-3BB/hour mostly due to the lack of hands being played. Lack of hands being played is mostly due to the number of people in the hands.
