question about youtube

might be the wrong place for this question but it isn't exactly computer technical help either...anyway does anyone know how to download videos from youtube...the site says you can't but i figure someone knows a way around this...i'm asking because i found a vid of with me in it (no it isn't anything weird) and i don't know who uploaded it...and they aren't responding to my messages...anyway i want this video since its pretty cool!
