Easy fold, hard to do in person, but think about it. If this guy is a nit you have the 4th set which isn't so hot. The only draws available aren't strong enough to justify this raise. You can beat KJ but that's it, against any other likely hand you're in bad shape. You're beaten: fold.

I think you've played this fine. With the river i'd be hating to see JK though I'd expect to see diamond broadway cards a lot. The $45 could be value or a missed draw or a weak J after you called his re-raise. Given he has ~$60 left i'm not folding when getting 4:1, i'd actually push for value on the river.
