Middle Pair OTB, raise or smooth call?

I seem to come upon this situation often, and it arose again last night. Live $1/$2 at NYC's finest loose aggro game.

EP raises to $15, 2 people call. None of the callers are too tricky (or good for that matter). I have two black tens OTB.

What is the best play? Smooth call and see the flop/action, or re-raise and try and take the pot down here? If a raise is in order, how much?
