Gametime+ and UB HH problems

Has anyone had any trouble using GT+ to grab hand histories on UB lately? I havent played there in awhile and went back to clear up a couple of old bonuses. I opened GT+, opened the HH windows, played probably 100 hands and only 6 imported. Please dont tell me to go the GT+ forums or PT forums, since this question has already been posted there with no answers.

are you using ultimate history to grab the HH and save them to a folder on your hard drive?
are you using PT's auto import function to grad the HH from the folder where ultimate history saves your HH while you are playing?

If you answered yes to both of these, I have no idea.

I'm using GT+ to grab hands like I had before, and yes, I'm importing them to PT (or trying to anyway). I have about 30K hands from UB, but I havent played there in a while until now. Maybe I'll switch to UH to see if that works.

I use gt+ at UB to grab my hands all the time

I too also auto import into PT

Once a month or so I have similiar problems but it UB's hand histories not working right as opposed to my hand grabber.
