If I were to win a satalite to the Sunday Million, but won't be able to play it, can I unregister and get full compensation? If not, can i get any part?

It's my understanding that if you unregister from a tourney that you got into through a satellite, you get back Tournament dollars($T). $T are equal to the buy-in for the tourney you won entry into. They can only be used to buy into tourneys on Stars. There are sites online however that will buy your $T for real money. You take a hit on value of course.
