Default Blind steal faces a river donk.

Sorry I didn't convert this but I don't have the hand history with me right now.

No stats on villain
0.50/1 Party
Hero is button with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
all fold to hero who raises,SB folds, BB calls

FLOP:
K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

BB checks, hero bets

TURN
4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB checks, hero bets

RIVER
7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB bets, hero?

I think a call is in order here. I see alot of people donking that river with all kinds of hands, and the villain is an unknown. Also, anybody free card that turn...I thought about doing that but I thought a bet was in order. Thoughts on all streets appreciated.

I don't see how you can call this river. This is an easy fold for me.

What do you think villain has that makes it an easy fold?
Can you put him on a king, ten or seven? Would he even bet the river with a king or a ten given that he's been check calling?

I don't think you should bet the turn readless.

i'm getting 3-1 on my bet with being about 4-1 to make an almost sure winner.
It'll be really tough for him to raise me with any hand that isn't two pr or better and he should fold a decent amount of the time. Isn't that enough to make it a bet? I did have the inclination to check through but couldn't think of a good enough reason to do it.

I'd have checked through the turn. It looks like villian has a 7 and is playing weakly. Either that or he thinks he's being clever with a flush. Callign this bet is long term -EV.

I'd fold. This kind of stuff really sucks readless. If you don't have a read of him being aggressive, you can't call and hope he has QJ.

I think this is optimal to check turn with outs.

I wouldn't be confident with calling a river bet in this case.
