I don't like the turn fold. This should definitely be a raise.

I would call the turn and the river. Folding is too weak and will cost you money in the long run. You can also raise the turn and hope for a free showdown or you can bet the river with a none threatning card. Question is, if you raise the turn and someone bets to you when that 7 hits the river would you still call it?

Personally, I would just call and value bet all the way. The flop is too drawish to make anyone fold so raising might just be sprewing.

This is a bad spot for a free shodown play unless the board gets really scary on the river. If you don't get 3 balled on the turn, its safe to assume that you have the best hand and should value bet the river accordingly on that assumption
