A Russian scientist says that we may see a mini ice age in the next few decades because the solar activity that is fueling the global warming we are experiencing might be dying down..

Sounds like propaganda.

If anything, the warming is effecting the gulf stream, cutting northern europe off from the warm waters.

This is a science question about the possible effects of global warming, and not about the politics of same. It truly will get better play in the SMP forum.

I saw on the discovery channel lastnight that a rouge scientist claims that the center of the earth is a 5 mile wide fission reaction.

Furthermore he claimed that it would run out of fuel in 100 years.

Just because someone is a "scientist" doesnt mean they know anything

Scientists have switched from global warming to climate change for a v good reason. THere is nothing conflicting about increased hurricanes and a frozen europe. In fact, they are related.
