Drive home and when you get out of the car, beat the living sh*t out of your brother's utility van, because it can't hit you back. Keep doing that until you draw blood and potentially fracture one (or for something truly ridiculous, all) knuckle. Compose yourself as much as you can, then enter the house as quietly as you can, trying not to wake the parents, which inevitably fails. When your mother asks you what's wrong, tell her nothing and that you had some sort of really hot tomato sauce, hence why it looks like your face is about to explode, and that funny liquid that is on your hands.

Then, when the girl comes knocking at your door two hours later (while you've still been whining like a little bitch mind you), don't answer the door and tell her to f*ck off and that you never want to see her again.
