Stars waiting list window pop up freezing problem

I've been playing a lot lately on UB and Full Tilt but since I got busted out of the $215 I decided to play a little NL here on Stars. I get up to 10 tables of $200 NL and while I try and resize and move my tables the freaking seat available popup comes up and freezes all my tables for 60 seconds.

I'd really like to hear from other Stars multi tablers. I've never had this problem before and wrote it off the first time but the third time almost put me on monkey tilt.
