Default Better questions to ask

1) Hand posted by Josh some time ago :

Stack sizes:
Hero: $2284
UTG+1: $1057
CO: $1401
Button: $985
SB: $1334
BB: $2330

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with A K
Hero raises to $35, 3 folds, SB calls, BB raises to $140, Hero calls, SB calls.

Flop: 5 K 2 ($420, 3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $420, Hero calls, SB folds.

Turn: 5 ($1260, 2 players)
BB is all-in $1770, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $1770 returned to BB.

Results:
Final pot: $1260

Question which was often asked : "Why would he do it with a value bet, obviously he woudl have tried to extract more - IT MAKES NO SENSE - CALL "

Better question to ask : "Why would he do it with a bluff ? Obviously he would bet much less with a bluff because its both a)cheaper b)looking more credible - EASY FOLD".

2) My hand from today vs 28-13 regular who likes to 3bet :

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

<font color="#C00000">Hero ($612)</font>
Button ($488.23)
<font color="#C00000">SB ($2389.30)</font>
BB ($828.03)
UTG ($693)
MP ($600)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $3. MP posts a blind of $6.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP (poster) raises to $6</font>, Hero calls $12, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $52</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $43, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $176</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $497</font>, MP folds, Hero calls $612 (All-In), SB calls $112.

Flop: ($1461) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Turn: ($1461) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

River: ($1461) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $1461

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
SB has Tc Td (one pair, tens).
Hero has Kd Ks (one pair, kings).
Outcome: Hero wins $1267. SB wins $194. </font>

Question asked by Villain (probably) : "Why would he call a minraise with a big pair? - IT MAKES NO SENSE - 5BET"

Better question to ask "Why would regular 4bet me with anything less than big pair or AK there when it looks like obvious bs ? - EASY FOLD".

Opinions ? Feel free to add your hands.

Nice one. Had you seen the other two players behind making squeeze plays, or were you just hoping?

I posted a hand similar to hand 1 preflop.

Everybody told me that 4-bet preflop was obvious, almost I was a noob to not do it, so I am confused here ...

Problem in hand 1 was on the turn, not preflop.
Calling preflop with AK there is obviously ok though.
