Default Foxwoods Trip report 12-15-06

Normally play 20-40HE, but I forgot take cash with me. I have a "I dont lend, I dont ask" policy, so I hit the ATM up for 1K and decide to play 1-2 NL (for the first time). What a great game its amazing that these players can not let go of top pair when facing a bit bet -- had a good time, had a couple of cute women at the table, and didn't have to deal with the 20-40 dbags. (Note: most of you are good guys)

Epoker - they have an Epoker table set up as a demo. Does anyone have any info ? Are they looking to get more ? Do they plan on implementing a few ?

100 Chips -- It looked like a scence from CSI in the cashiers cage -- they were closely inspecting all $100 chips with a black light -- It was holding up the lines. When did FW start spreading 100-200 Bukakie. Any one know if there's a problem with counterfeit chips.

Mohegan sun poker room - I talked to players, and some MS employees, and everyone has a different story on the re-opening. Sorry.

I also heard some rumors about a big employee walkout at FW on New Years Eve -- This was from a couple of players; more info at www.madatfoxwoods.com -- (The company that I work for did everything in that first section, about 5 years ago to all of the hourly employees)

Since they changed the buy in to 300, I rarely play 20-40 anymore. The game is that profitable.
