BB defends check up V 35% stealer
This is just a check up for Limits in half blind structire, $1/$2 and $2/$4
BB defends against Stealer who att to steal at around 35%, imagine fairly good TAG, This is what I defend with from BB if hes in CO: 77-22,Axs,Kxs,A8,K9,QT,Q9,Q8s,J9,J7s,T9, T9s-54s,T8s-64s, If hes on button I defend: Axs,Kxs,A7-A2,Q4s,Q8,J7s,J8,T8,T7s,T9s-43s,97s-53s, What do you think? Also, an optional extra question, what hands do you like to reraise in both cases. Thanks |

Re: BB defends check up V 35% stealer
Against a 35% stealer I defend with top 50% against CO, top 65% against BTN and top 85% against SB. This is a much wider range that yours. My defend BB to steal is around 55%.
EDIT: 25% to 35% |

Re: BB defends check up V 35% stealer
Your range doesn't make sense on the low end. I'd much rather have 87o HU then 53s. 53s just makes you a bunch of nothing and bottom pairs for the most part. 8's or 7's are decent pairs HU and at least you can make the occasional loose peel with 87. You can't do that with 53. In general, it looks like you're over estimating how important being suited is.

Re: BB defends check up V 35% stealer
Woudl you call hands like 98o,87o against the CO steal raiser or only against the button?
I suppose 53s, 43s are borderline, but they still going to flop draws often enough to make them playable versus a button raise. Whoes tighter or looser as a default in these cases? BTW I missed button defend K7o |
