I landed in JFK tonight and within an hour was downtown eating dinner. Super easy, convenient, and friendly.

My friend and I pulled into the econo parking lot at JFK 1 hour and 40 minutes before our domestic flight- I remember turning to him and talking about how we had it made in the shade. We obviously missed the flight after the skytrain made 17 stops getting us to our terminal. Couldn't believe it.
