50NL....Lost when 44 flops OESD....
Villian is a regular , but from my notes hes kinda loose and very passive (open limps 77 for example inMP) he also likes to berate players...(stats are 30/6/1.2 over 600+ hands)
Preflop call ok? Figured we could easily play for stacks on this hand. As played whats the best line and why?? PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) MP ($21.40) Button ($25.65) Hero ($70.70) BB ($46.75) UTG ($32) Preflop: Hero is SB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. UTG raises to $2, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.75, BB raises to $6, UTG calls $4, Hero calls $4. Re: 50NL....Lost when 44 flops OESD....
I normally play preflop similar to that - you're getting some big implied odds.
As for the flop - techincally with say 8 outs (2 4's (although 1 may complete an AK flush) + 8 for you're open ended straight (although 2 may complete the flush) you're not getting the right odds but you'll definately have some implied odds - I'd probably fold here still, but there's definately an argument for calling... |

fine, i called preflop maybe 50/50 but its hit or nothing post flop. Can't always count on low draws with 3 people in pot.

Re: 50NL....Lost when 44 flops OESD....
you dont get much value from a fout strait
you could push as a semi bluff or fold calling is not an option imho |
