Default TPTK on paired board vs. big check raise

Full ring, villain only over 38 hands was 42/14. Effective stacks $120.

Two limps, I raise from the button with AhQh to $5.50. Button +2 only caller.

Flop: 6s Qs 6c

I bet $8 into $12. He checkraises to $40 and has $70 left in front of him. Fold or push?

From the bare info provided the worst hand he should show you is AQ. Thus, looking like pretty clear foldage.
