To all of those who are interested:

I talked to the seller last night via AIM. He responded to my PM right away. I would try PM'ing him saying you're interested, rather than waiting for him to PM you. Be proactive.

[/ QUOTE ]
I PM'ed him yesterday and haven't gotten a response.

Guys,

Sorry I have not been returning PM's but I have just been frustrated with everyone wanting to know all about my business but no serious buyers. I think I am most likely just going to pay someone to manage all the work for me and continue milking my little goldmine =)

Thanks for all the interested PM's and If I reconsider I will get back to all of you.

If this is an example of how you conduct business, you have no business (pardon the pun) running one. Did you really think people were going to want to buy it w/o any more details than you gave? You didn't even tell anyone what the site was. Wtf?

Colt,

Actually I talked to several people and gave them full details and answered all their questions. In the time it took me to do all of that I probably could have made 1k by spending that time to advertise the site.

Sorry you weren't one of the first responders but fwiw I probably have more "business" running a business than 99% of the other people on this forum.

Obviously of all the individuals that you contact and give full info to, only a small percentage are actually going to be interested in buying, and even fewer will actually go through with it. That's why you post general information about it (such as in this thread), and the only people that will contact you after that are the ones who are still serious (or atleast more serious than just being curious as to what your site is about). Of course, you are never going to get to the point that everyone you talk to is ready to give you a wheelbarrow full of cash, no questions asked.
