Forget the 58, look at that beastly two pair!!
I'd probably call just because everyone checked the turn and I'm stubborn. |

Re: 30/60 ft -- call river with 85?
he could be calling in position preflop with A35x. Since he checked down a big hand earlier and now he's in a multiway pot, I don't see how this is a winning call in the long run.

Mr. Weak-Tight says fold. The 8 is the kiss of death in that low. You'd only get half a (small) pot if nobody else's low qualified.

any body raise??? I think leading out and/or check raising are about the same... looks like AK or AA got there with no lo...

[/ QUOTE ] leading is not for value. c/r bluff against a tight button is also not going to work the amount of times you need it to. if you figure you're going to get scooped if he calls, it needs to work around 7.5:1(~13%) of the time. |

Button isn't betting crap into both of you, if he is gonna check behind you heads up. He either has a wheel or 2 pair and a better low.

Re: 30/60 ft -- call river with 85?
Seems like a fine spot for a checkraise. It should get you a heads up showdown, and you should be getting half the pot often enough to make it worthwhile. Might even get him to fold two pair or some random low.
Also, the previous hand where he checked the nut low might actually point toward a bluff here. |
