Natural Cures
Does anyone use natural remedies like ginseng, St. John's wort, gingko biloba, etc.? I'm interested in learning if taking any of this hippie [censored] is actually beneficial for your health. I tried melatonin pills to help me sleep and I don't think they did anything.

My daughter just gave me a copy of Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures "they" don't want you to know about. At first glance it looks pretty good. I'll follow up with more after I read it.
