DC to AC help

I have tried with no success to find an old post about how to get from DC to AC. I am going spur of the moment and as soon as I can get some good directions from 95 I am outta here. does anyone know or have a link to an older post about how to get there?

The directions from DC (Baltimore) - AC should be stickied. It really is much better than going RT. 40 or via Philly.
