In the event neither player pairs a hole card/improves his hand using the board in unlimited texas don't fold them, then their is a tiebreaker of sorts, which is called "high card". The highest high card wins. In the event their is a tie, the first person to finish a sandwich with sugar on it is declared the winner of the pot.
