You're probably stuck paying him off. There are probably many hands he could hold without a K. He may be facing the same problem you are (who's got a K) and be making defensive bets of 1/3 the pot to avoid facing a larger bet from you which his check might bring.

I'm sure others will suggest you shouldn't have gone this far with a weak draw. I think they're right

But where can I fold? on flop? He bet so small on the turn, only 1/3 of the pot.

Anyone raise that weak turn bet?

Might be kind of nutty given texture of the board.

your either tied or beat on the river I would guess.

Preflop: fold.
Flop: fold.
Turn: We're here now, might as well call getting good odds.
River: How the hell did we get here?

Preflop is a pretty basic fold. You are OOP and you have trash.

The flop is also a really easy fold. SB is leading into the PFR, even if you can stack SB should you hit your draw, you have to realize that Button can easily push over the top of both of you.

Turn is meh... I might raise that weak bet if I was this far but would rather do that play with a nut draw.

River is probably a fold, which is another good reason to ditch the hand much earlier.
