Ultimate Bet Hand History Errors

I get this error when playing UB and trying to save the hands.

"You have reached the limit of Hand History requests. If you wish to see more history, please clse the Hand History Window and click 'History' button again.

Anyone get this error? I emailed UB a week ago but never heard back.

there's a bunch of threads on this, i dont think theres a UB fix yet.

It's not an 'error', it's designed to be like that.

The only way to prevent it is to use a pre-upgrade version of the UB client - for details see here
