Re: Christmas Gift for Dad
What kind of car(s) . If hes a real nut then get him a Gift Cert to JEGs or a place like that ( my defacto gift for my self when someone doesn't know what to get me) . It sounds like a cop out but getting him a car part (say a shifter or a tech or something like that ) Generally is a bad idea unless you know he wants a certain one.
If he likes to work on the car alot too then you can get him a creeper and a set of work gloves. As well as nice set of jack stands and hydraulic jack. Lastly you can go to the local autobody shop and buy him a full out detail (usually ~300 ) |

Re: Christmas Gift for Dad
I can't buy him any car matince or accessory stuff, because he already has all the stuff he really wants.
I've pretty much narrowed it down to a dvd recorder, and maybe concert tickets. |

Re: Christmas Gift for Dad
Not to brag on my suggestion, but I think the dvd recorder will be something more along the lines of what he would like (your dad being the frugal type and all). It all adds up...

Re: Christmas Gift for Dad
Buy him a nice pair of speakers. Check out Axiom or Ascend Acoustics.

Re: Christmas Gift for Dad
Go to your local Bevmo or liquor store and make him a nice assortment of different beers from around the world that he could try. Then throw in some tuna and crackers so he can decide which of the beers he likes drinking while eating tuna.

Re: Christmas Gift for Dad
One year for my Dad's birthday, I got him a Life magazine from the week he was born. He loved it. Only about $25.
