SAS are terrible on the back end of a B2B. I plan to bet against them on this all year. But they lost to the lakers tonight, that should make it a ounce back situation, since I dont see them losing 2 in a row often this season. What to do? They are only laying 3 points.
Guess this is my one game post for the week |

Stick to it, they shouldnt be favored here. There is a lot of money to be made still fading the spurs on b2bs

for their B2B problems, is it a function of travel and playing, or just 2 games in two days? Do they struggle in B2B at home too? they didnt have to travel last night being in LA already.

I figure the Spurs should be a small favorite to win, right about where the line is at. Without having to get on a plane and travel somewhere late at night the B2B factor isn't worth as much.

Im pretty sure for them that playing the 2 games in 2 days is more of a factor because of their age. Heres their B2Bs this year and last year.
vs cle (L) after @dal @NYK (w) after @tor vs CHA (L) after @hou @por (w) after @sac @GS (L) after @sea last year: @dal (L) after vs cle @wash (L) after @bos @atlanta (L) after vs boston @NOK (L) after vs sac @NY (w) after @mil @pho (L) after vs min @NOK (w) after vs cha @GS (w) after @por @cle (L) after @ind vs gs (w) after @mem @ LAC (L) after @LAL vs LAL (L) after @pho @hou (w) after vs pho @den (L) after vs GS In all these cases they actually did win the first game of the b2b, so that could be a reason to stay away from the game. |
