I guess I'm blind but I don't see where a "rules" forum is... Is there one?

Anyhow my ? is in regards to the color-up of chips. I understand the procedure, however it is done based on high card and suits (for example if multiple aces are dealt). I know spades is highest but what order are the next 3 suits, is it the same as bridge S,H,D,C?
