Why don't we get a legal sounding letter (we could find a template online somewhere, and change the company name to pokespoker.com) Then send it with all our attached user names and email address? Threating a class action or something.

Maybe they'll pay off the ones who threaten legal action first, if at all.

I'm all for real action as well but let's try this first.

whos in? Maybe I'll do, unless one of you is/knows/fakes like a lawyer.

"POKES POKER Cash-out Problems Update 11/27/2006 01:01 PM

PokerRoomReview received an update from the management of PokesPoker.com regarding clearing the backlog of pending cash-outs. “. . . the situation seems quite a bit better. FB [FutureBet] and myself have been working on payment plans and compensations for many of the players. By the estimates it appears like everyone may be cleared out by the new year, give a couple weeks or so, but we'll see. I'm personally relieved things are finally moving in a positive and productive direction.”" I found this a few days ago on Poker Room Review...

This may work. It's worth a try. If it doesn't work, I'm about at the point where I'll consider a lawyer.

How would a law suit work? I can pretty much guarantee they are not based in America, so they are not under the jurisdiction of the American legal system.

IKEA isn't based in America, but if you get dismembered by a peice of their furniture I'm sure you can hold them liable.

Whatever country pokes/futurebet/ongame are based in would be the principle country of the lawsuit I assume?

Ya this is getting ridiculous. I'm tired of all this online BS. BetOnSports (BOSpoker.com, doylesroom skin) owes me me $16k+, and i probably have a 5% of seeing that money (thanks US gov for that one). Pokespoker has owed me $15k for over 2 months now. And Jetsetpoker closed up two months ago and I had $4k on that site. So tired of all this BS, someone please just give me my money!!!!

ive still got 7k 'pending' ( i used to cash out the rest while it was still ongame, another way, but when they were thrown off i had no warning so it got stuck on the site)

my username on ther was PullMyFinger, email jimmykingy (at) hotmail (dot) com

im in if anyone can get together some sort of petition. i jsut want to be first in line to get my $$ out.

spoke to a guy at pokerroomreview too and he said theres propblems theyre trying to help, the bad news was they have been slow for a few months sometimes for over a year from fb related sites - the good news however is that e1 as far as he knows has eventually been paid.

lets get this mess sorted, and believe me i will do the most i can to discourage anyone from having anythign to do wit hfb ever again

that doesnt mean delayed over a year, but over the last year many people have waited several months.

i send them almost daily emails containing mild abuse /sarcasm and request for my money from the shower of [censored] that is pokes poker

ps. i changed to eurobet through raketherake predominantly and both are top class (thumbs up)
