Are you raising and re-raising pre-flop every time you get it? (and I do mean every time). If you are and still losing, then it's variance.

I always get a kick out of all the people at the $2/$4 B&M tables complaining about losing with AA. I hear again and again about how they'd rather have AK. Problem is, none of them ever raise with it.

Personally, I'm at 14000 hands since I started using PT, and I'm at 82% win rate and almost 3 BB/hand won. By comparison, AKs is 53% and AKo is 54%.
