Prima Rakeback Options

Didn't see any Prima topics on the first few options and was wondering what the best option is for an American player wanting the best Prima rakeback deal? Just found out Betholdem closed to Americans and that's where I had my only RB deal. Is 40% contributed and 45% for high volume players the best option right now? Are there any that do 25-30% dealt rakeback or is it all contributed rakeback deals?
